Outside of acting and directing, Alexis is an Artist-Activist who creates spaces, designs projects, and supports building community across the arts and culture sector.

She is the Director of Programs at ArtEquity, Producer and Coordinator of the ASU Black Theatre Festival, and Creator of community engagement productions such as Alarum. Alexis is also in the process of launching (X) Theatre Collective, a group of artists committed to the direct support of the humans that make up community. Her work speaks for itself and remains a true representation of Alexis’s radical empathy and service.
